SHIPPING POLICY

The Supplement Grid, or any of its employees, will not be responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages made or caused by USPS/UPS/FedEX shipping options.

Once the package leaves our facility, we cannot control the mishandling or misuse or the shipping companies. 

Within reason The Supplement Grid will assist with damaged items or missing items lost in shipping. We want you to get your products! 

At the discretion of The Supplement Grid, we will replace any items lost or damaged in in the shipping process. 

Shipping Options & Costs 

The Supplement Grid uses USPS as it's primary shipper. In some instances TSG uses UPS. TSG uses the going rates of USPS & UPS for shipping costs. 

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 12PM Monday-Friday are the same day. All orders placed after that will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

If an address needs to be modified, you must submit the new address BEFORE your order starts processing. Once the process starts, we can not modify shipping addresses. 

International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping due to the ever changing rules of different countries. 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

RETURN POLICY 

At The Supplement Grid's discretion, you may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund upon The Supplement Grid approval.  Please contact customer support to discuss returns and refunds on opened and perishable items. Support email: Support@thesupplementgrid.com

Refunds are typically offered in the form of store credit minus shipping or additional fees at the discretion of The Supplement Grids Support. 

Opened items may be returned based on conditions discussed with customer support. 

Upon debit/credit card charge refund approval, you should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
