THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND GROWSUPPLEMENTS LLC – ( DBA THESUPPLEMENTGRID.COM) BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION, YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION. 1. OVERVIEW This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate in THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com or its listed partner's affiliate program. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow HTML linking between your web site and the THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com’s listed partners web sites. Please note that throughout this Agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and its listed partner's, and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the affiliate. 2. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS 2.1. To begin the enrollment process, you will need to complete and submit the online application. Currently, all registrations mush be approved and in cases that we auto-approve an application, it does not imply that we may not re-evaluate your application at a later time. You must subscribe to join the program. Some programs may require approval, which typically takes less than 24-48 hours, and status updates will be provided via email. Your participation in the program is solely for the purpose of legally advertising THE SUPPLEMENT GRID to receive a commission on products purchased by your referrals. This Agreement begins when THE SUPPLEMENT GRID accepts you into the Program and will end when your participation is terminated. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID may change the Program or this Agreement at any time. If any change to the Program or the Agreement is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your participation. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change. You or THE SUPPLEMENT GRID may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason. You are only eligible to earn commissions while you are participating in the Program in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. All accounts are subject to review and re-evaluation. We may reject your application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program, including if it: 2.1.1. Promotes sexually explicit materials 2.1.2. Promotes violence 2.1.3. Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. 2.1.4. Promotes illegal activities. 2.1.5. Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law. 2.1.6. Includes THE SUPPLEMENT GRID (or its listed partners): THE SUPPLEMENT GRID or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain names. 2.1.7. Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion. 2.1.8. Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program. 2.1.9. You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website, nor design your website(s) in a manner which leads customers to believe you are THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com or any other affiliated business. 2.2. As a member of THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com and its partner's Affiliate Program, you will have access to Affiliate Account Manager. Here you will be able to review our Program’s details and previously-published affiliate newsletters, download HTML code (that provides for links to web pages within the THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com and its partner's web sites) and banner creatives, browse and get tracking codes for our coupons and deals. In order for us to accurately keep track of all guest visits from your site to ours, you must use the HTML code that we provide for each banner, text link, or affiliate link we provide you with. 2.3. THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com reserves the right, at any time, to review your placement and approve the use of Your Links and require that you change the placement or use to comply with the guidelines provided to you. 2.4. The maintenance and updating of your site will be your responsibility. We may monitor your site as we feel necessary to make sure that it is up-to-date and to notify you of any changes that we feel should enhance your performance. 2.5. It is entirely your responsibility to follow all applicable intellectual property and other laws that pertain to your site. You must have express permission to use any person's copyrighted material, whether it be a writing, an image, or any other copyrightable work. We will not be responsible (and you will be solely responsible) if you use another person's copyrighted material or other intellectual property in violation of the law or any third-party rights. 3. THESUPPLEMENTGRID.COM AND PARTNER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS 3.1. We have the right to monitor your site at any time to determine if you are following the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We may notify you of any changes to your site that we feel should be made, or to make sure that your links to our web site are appropriate and to notify further you of any changes that we feel should be made. If you do not make the changes to your site that we feel are necessary, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in any of the THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and it’s partners Affiliate Programs. 3.2. THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your participation in any THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com or it’s partners Affiliate Programs immediately and without notice to you should you commit fraud in your use of the THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com and it’s partners Affiliate Programs or should you abuse this program in any way. If such fraud or abuse is detected, THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com and its partners shall not be liable to you for any commissions for such fraudulent sales. 3.3. This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will continue unless terminated hereunder. 4. TERMINATION Either you or we may end this Agreement AT ANY TIME, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Written notice can be in the form of mail, email or fax. In addition, this Agreement will terminate immediately upon any breach of this Agreement by you. 5. MODIFICATION We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. In such an event, you may be notified by email. Modifications may include but are not limited to changes in the payment procedures and THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com and its partner’s Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end this Agreement. Your continued participation in THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com and its partners Affiliate Programs following the posting of the change notice or new Agreement on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes. 6. PAYMENT THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com and its partners use third-party tools and services to handle all the tracking, monitoring, and payments. The 3rd party for tracking, monitoring, and managing is Post Affiliate Pro. The 3rd party for payments is PayQuicker or as store credit usable for purchases at THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com. 6.1. COMMISSION PAYMENTS THESUPPLEMENTGRID will pay you a commission on products purchased by your referrals according to the designated payment schedule. Commissions earned will be payed on the second (2nd) Friday of each month and will be for the previous month's sales. Because of the 30-day return period for all THE SUPPLEMENT GRID products, product subscription options, and unforeseen processing steps, THE SUPPLEMENT GRID may hold your commission payout for a period of up to 60 days. Some programs offering commissions or incentives may require specific requirements that extend commission payments. Read the program description for specific requirements. (ex.Subscription promos may require 2nd purchase without auto-ship cancellation.) 6.2. REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS If a referral returns a product or if the referral requests a chargeback on the purchase, you will not receive a commission. Previously paid commissions may be deducted from upcoming payouts due to refunds/chargebacks. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID returns all money to the referral, so you must also return your portion of the sale. Because of the 30-day return period for all THE SUPPLEMENT GRID products, product subscription options, and unforeseen processing steps, THE SUPPLEMENT GRID may hold your commission payout for a period of up to 60 days. 6.3. REVERSALS 6.3.1 THE SUPPLEMENT GRID reserves the right to reverse orders due to order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, and program violations as outlined in these terms and policies. 6.3.2. Additionally, if we ask you for clarification or more information on any orders or clicks that we suspect may be in violation of our terms and policies, we expect that you will respond in a timely and honest manner. 6.3.4 Below are violations of our communications policy. 1) You are not forthcoming, you are intentionally vague, or you are found to be dishonest. 2) You are not responsive within a reasonable time period and after multiple attempts to make contact using the information listed in your network profile. 3) You cannot substantiate or validate the source of your traffic to our program with clear and demonstrable proof. If any of the above apply, then we reserve the absolute right to suspend you from the Program, reverse orders, modify payouts, set your commission to 0%, or immediately terminate your participation in the program. We know that many violations are a result of automated processes; however, it is incumbent upon each affiliate to ensure that it has the appropriate checks and balances in place to address such issues proactively and to adhere to the terms and policies of this Agreement. 6.4. We continuously monitor all sales and affiliate activities to ensure the program is not abused. 6.5. All first-time orders are verified via a phone call to ensure security for our customers, our affiliates, and ourselves. 6.6. Any affiliate participating in fraudulent activities will have their account immediately deactivated and all unpaid commissions will be forfeited. 6.7. TRACKING 6.7.1. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID uses the Post Affiliate Pro tracking system owned by Post Affiliate Pro, Inc. to tabulate and track sales and commission payments due to our affiliates after the tracking process and purchases are completed. Through the Post Affiliate Pro website, you will have access to information we use to determine commissions we owe you. 6.7.2. Affiliates are provided a custom link specific to their account. Conversions not tracked due to incorrect or modified URL changes are not the responsibility of THE SUPPLEMENT GRID, our Partners, or Post Affiliate Pro 6.7.3. Referral Codes may be provided to affiliates for sharing however this does not imply the codes offer a purchase discount to customers or affiliate. 6.7.4. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID reserves the right to increase or decrease commission rates on commissions not yet earned from time to time as it sees fit. 6.7.5. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID calculates commissions after any discounts and before any shipping and taxes. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID does not subtract product costs from commission calculations. 7. ACCESS TO AFFILIATE ACCOUNT INTERFACE You will create a password so that you may enter your secure affiliate account interface. From this access, you will be able to receive your reports that will describe our calculation of the commissions due to you. 8. PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS 8.1. You are free to promote your own web sites, but naturally, any promotion that mentions THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and its partners could be perceived by the public or the press as a joint effort. You should know that certain forms of advertising are always prohibited by THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and its partners. For example, advertising commonly referred to as "spamming" is unacceptable to us and could cause damage to our name. Other generally prohibited forms of advertising include the use of unsolicited commercial email (UCE), postings to non-commercial newsgroups and cross-posting to multiple newsgroups at once. In addition, you may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents your identity, your domain name, or your return email address. You may use mailings to customers to promote THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com and it’s partners so long as the recipient is already a customer or subscriber of your services or web site, and recipients have the option to remove themselves from future mailings. Also, you may post to newsgroups to promote THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com and it’s partners so long as the newsgroup specifically welcomes commercial messages. At all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your web sites as independent from THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and its partners. If it comes to our attention that you are spamming, we will consider that cause for immediate termination of this Agreement and your participation in the THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and its partner's Affiliate Program. Any pending balances owed to you will not be paid if your account is terminated due to such unacceptable advertising or solicitation. 8.2. Affiliates that among other keywords or exclusively bid in their Pay-Per-Click campaigns on keywords such as: THE SUPPLEMENT GRID, Grid Builder or any of the partners listed brand names, domains, or variations or misspellings thereof brand names or domain names. 8.2.1. KEYWORDS & PPC BIDDING You shall not purchase keywords, domain names, advertising, search terms, Adwords, or any other identifiers that include the word(s) “THE SUPPLEMENT GRIDâ€, the names of the THE SUPPLEMENT GRID brand or its products or services, or any variations or misspellings thereof. Specifically, this policy prohibits you from: 1) Bidding on “THE SUPPLEMENT GRID†and any keyword string that includes this term, such as “THE SUPPLEMENT GRID Official†or “THE SUPPLEMENT GRID products†or “THE SUPPLEMENT GRID coupons†or “THE SUPPLEMENT GRID promotionsâ€; and 2) Purchasing domain names based on “THE SUPPLEMENT GRID†or variations and/or any misspellings or similar alterations of these – be it separately or in combination with other keywords – and do not direct the traffic from such campaigns to their own website prior to redirecting it to ours, will be considered trademark violators, and will be banned from THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and it’s partners Affiliate Program. We will do everything possible to contact the affiliate prior to the ban. However, we reserve the right to expel any trademark violator from our affiliate program without prior notice, and on the first occurrence of such PPC bidding behavior. 8.3. Affiliates are not prohibited from keying in prospect’s information into the lead form as long as the prospects’ information is real and true, and these are valid leads (i.e. sincerely interested in THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and its partners service). 8.4. Affiliate shall not transmit any so-called “interstitials,†“Parasitewareâ„¢,†“Parasitic Marketing,†“Shopping Assistance Application,†“Toolbar Installations and/or Add-ons,†“Shopping Wallets†or “deceptive pop-ups and/or pop-unders†to consumers from the time the consumer clicks on a qualifying link until such time as the consumer has fully exited THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and it’s partners site (i.e., no page from our site or any THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and it’s partners content or branding is visible on the end-user’s screen). As used herein a “Parasiteware™†and “Parasitic Marketing†shall mean an application that: (a) through accidental or direct intent causes the overwriting of affiliate and non-affiliate commission tracking cookies through any other means than a customer initiated click on a qualifying link on a web page or email; (b) intercepts searches to redirect traffic through an installed software, thereby causing, pop ups, commission tracking cookies to be put in place or other commission tracking cookies to be overwritten where a user would under normal circumstances have arrived at the same destination through the results given by the search (search engines being, but not limited to, Google, MSN, Yahoo, Overture, AltaVista, Hotbot, and similar search or directory engines); (c) set commission tracking cookies through loading of THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and it’s partners site in iFrames, hidden links and automatic pop ups that open THE SUPPLEMENTGRID.com and it’s partners site; (d) targets text on web sites, other than those web sites 100% owned by the application owner, for the purpose of contextual marketing; (e) removes, replaces or blocks the visibility of Affiliate banners with any other banners, other than those that are on web sites 100% owned by the owner of the application. 8.5. FTC GUIDELINES The Federal Trade Commission has recently more clearly defined best practices for affiliate marketers, and it is our position that all THE SUPPLEMENT GRID Affiliate Members must use these guidelines and regulations as Standard Operating Procedure during their endorsement or promotion. Include your relevant Privacy Policies on sites that you are promoting THE SUPPLEMENT GRID with. Include your Terms of Service on sites that you are promoting THE SUPPLEMENT GRID with. Include your Forward-Looking Earnings Statements on sites that you are promoting THE SUPPLEMENT GRID with. 8.5.1 DO NOT SPAM 8.5.2. Don't TWITTER SPAM or Social Media Spam 8.5.3. Do NOT send JUNK or UNQUALIFIED TRAFFIC to these offers! 8.5.4. Don't misrepresent yourself as a "typical result" or as a "typical customer" when you promote products. 8.5.5. Be transparent and authentic. 8.6. EMAIL 8.6.1. Under no circumstances shall you send commercial electronic mail messages as defined in the Federal spam law, CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (“Actâ€), with respect to the THE SUPPLEMENT GRID affiliate program. 8.6.2 THE SUPPLEMENT GRID reserves the right to collect, withhold or cancel any and all compensation related to commercial electronic mail messages you send. You may send transactional or relationship messages as defined in the Act. 8.7. SOCIAL MEDIA 8.7.1. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID permits you to promote offers on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, blogs, discussion forums, and other social media following these general guidelines: 1) You ARE ALLOWED to post your affiliate links on your own social media. 2) You ARE PROHIBITED from posting your affiliate links on the social media of THE SUPPLEMENT GRID. 9. GRANT OF LICENSES 9.1. We grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to (i) access our site through HTML links solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and (ii) solely in connection with such links, to use our logos, trade names, trademarks, and similar identifying material (collectively, the "Licensed Materials") that we provide to you or authorize for such purpose. You are only entitled to use the Licensed Materials to the extent that you are a member in good standing of THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and its partners Affiliate Program. You agree that all uses of the Licensed Materials will be on behalf of THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com and its partners and the goodwill associated therewith will inure to the sole benefit of THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com and its partners. 9.2. Each party agrees not to use the other's proprietary materials in any manner that is disparaging, misleading, obscene or that otherwise portrays the party in a negative light. Each party reserves all of its respective rights in the proprietary materials covered by this license. Other than the license granted in this Agreement, each party retains all right, title, and interest to its respective rights and no right, title, or interest is transferred to the other. 10. DISCLAIMER THESUPPLEMENTGRID.COM AND IT’S PARTNERS MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THESUPPLEMENTGRID.COM AND IT’S PARTNERS SERVICE AND WEB SITE OR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED THEREIN, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF THESUPPLEMENTGRID.COM AND IT’S PARTNERS ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED. IN ADDITION, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE OPERATION OF OUR SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS. 10.1. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program. 10.2. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID makes no earning guarantees or promises regarding potential income potential. 11. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES You represent and warrant that: 11.1. This Agreement has been duly and validly executed and delivered by you and constitutes your legal, valid, and binding obligation, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms; 11.2. You have the full right, power, and authority to enter into and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to perform your obligations under this Agreement, without the approval or consent of any other party; 11.3. You have sufficient right, title, and interest in and to the rights granted to us in this Agreement. 11.4. Your website does not contain any materials that are: 11.4.1. Unlawful or solicitous of behavior that is unlawful in the United States; 11.4.2. Unlawful or solicitous of behavior that is unlawful in the geographic area from which you operate. 11.4.3. Sites that promote sexually explicit material or violence. 11.4.4. Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, or physical disability. 11.4.5. Sites that promote illegal activities. 11.4.6. Sites or verbiage making medical claims in regard to our products/services (ie. the curing or recession of an ailment) 11.5. You have obtained any necessary clearances, licenses, or other permission for any intellectual property used on your website. Nothing on your website infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any person or entity. No person or entity has brought or threatened an action claiming such infringement, nor do you have any reason to believe that any person or entity will bring or threaten such a claim in the future. 11.6. CREATIVES 11.6.1. The tools, products, and creative assets (collectively “Creativesâ€) that THE SUPPLEMENT GRID provides to you include valuable information vital to the success of the Program, including a tracking code that THE SUPPLEMENT GRID uses to attribute referrals to you. 11.6.2. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID grants to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license (“Licenseâ€) to use Assets as specified under the terms and policies of this Agreement. The term of the License shall expire upon your departure from the Program or termination of this Agreement. 11.6.3. You will use the Assets as THE SUPPLEMENT GRID instructs: 1) You agree that you will not corrupt, modify, or disable the tracking functionality in the Assets. 2) You will not alter, add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify the Assets as THE SUPPLEMENT GRID provides them unless you obtain prior written consent from THE SUPPLEMENT GRID. 3) You may only use the Assets for the purpose of promoting THE SUPPLEMENT GRID and its products. 4) Prior written approval is required for any custom creatives used. 12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF REVENUE OR GOODWILL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. FURTHER, NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.COM'S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSION FEES PAID TO YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. 13. INDEMNIFICATION You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE SUPPLEMENT GRID.com and it’s partners, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, members, and other owners, against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) (any or all of the foregoing hereinafter referred to as "Losses") insofar as such Losses (or actions in respect thereof) arise out of or are based on (i) any claim that our use of the affiliate trademarks infringes on any trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright, license, intellectual property, or other proprietary right of any third party, (ii) any misrepresentation of a representation or warranty or breach of a covenant and agreement made by you herein, or (iii) any claim related to your site, including, without limitation, content therein not attributable to us. 14. CONFIDENTIALITY All confidential information, including, but not limited to, any business, technical, financial, and customer information, disclosed by one party to the other during negotiation or the effective term of this Agreement which is marked "Confidential," will remain the sole property of the disclosing party, and each party will keep in confidence and not use or disclose such proprietary information of the other party without express written permission of the disclosing party. 15. MISCELLANEOUS 15.1. You agree that you are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and THESUPPLEMENTGRID.com and its partners. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on Your Site or any other of Your Site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section. 15.2. Neither party may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement to any party, except to a party who obtains all or substantially all of the business or assets of a third party. 15.3. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina without regard to the conflicts of laws and principles thereof. 15.4. You may not amend or waive any provision of this Agreement unless in writing and signed by both parties. 15.5. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between us and you and shall supersede all prior agreements and communications of the parties, oral or written. 15.6. The headings and titles contained in this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect the terms of this Agreement. 15.7. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary such that the intent of the parties is effectuated, and the remainder of this agreement shall have full force and effect. 16. RELATIONSHIP 16.1. This Agreement shall not be construed to create any employment relationship, agency relationship, or partnership between you and THE SUPPLEMENT GRID. You will provide services for THE SUPPLEMENT GRID as an independent contractor. You will have no authority to bind THE SUPPLEMENT GRID into any agreement, nor will you be considered an agent of THE SUPPLEMENT GRID in any respect. 16.2. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID will not be responsible for any taxes that you owe arising out of your relationship with THE SUPPLEMENT GRID as set forth in this Agreement. 16.3. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID will not withhold any taxes from the commissions paid to you. 16.4. You shall include a disclosure statement within any and all pages or posts where you use affiliate links in an endorsement or review, and where it is not clear that the link is a paid advertisement. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, stating that THE SUPPLEMENT GRID is compensating you for your review or endorsement. 17. TERMINATION 17.1. This Agreement begins when THE SUPPLEMENT GRID accepts you into the Program and will end when your participation is terminated. 17.2. THE SUPPLEMENT GRID may change the Program or this Agreement at any time. If any change to the Program or the Agreement is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your participation. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change. 17.3. You or THE SUPPLEMENT GRID may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason. 17.4. You are only eligible to earn commissions while you are participating in the program in accordance with the terms of this agreement. 17.5. Any affiliate participating in activities that negatively reflect upon THE SUPPLEMENT GRID brand or other fraudulent activities will have their account immediately deactivated and all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
