Shipping PolicyOrder Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. If we have a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number in your email. You can use this number to check your package's status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to send you a replacement or issue a refund. The Supplement Grid or any of its employees, will not be responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages made or caused by USPS/UPS/FedEX shipping options but we will work diligently to attempt to solve any issues.
Refund PolicyAt The Supplement Grid’s discretion, you may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund upon The Supplement Grid approval. Please contact customer support to discuss returns and refunds on opened items.
Opened items may be returned based on conditions discussed with customer support.
Cancellation PolicyUsers may cancel at any time, by using the self-cancellation feature in the members area, or by requesting their account be cancelled, using our contact support form. If you cancel your membership with the self-cancellation feature, it becomes effective immediately. If you cancel via our support system, your cancellation will go into effect within 48 hours on business days, Mon-Fri.

(c) otherwise practice irresponsible marketing practices that may offend others and hurt our brand, and
(d) using bots with our websites
Prohibited ActivitiesSites and individuals involved with the following activities are NOT ELIGIBLE: selling, providing or linking to unlicensed content, pornography, warez, pirated software, hacking or spamming software, bot software, email address lists or harvesting software, or any materials endorsing violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, gambling or criminal activity.
TerminationMembers caught spamming, cross recruiting, or otherwise causing harm to our program or its users will have their accounts terminated and may be prosecuted for their actions.
We may terminate without notice, at our sole discretion, any membership deemed to be in breach of this agreement or otherwise found to be abusing or misusing the service, or harassing the other members or administrators in any way.
