We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

Please note if you become a member, your data is kept indefinitely for reporting records. However, if you cancel your account, you will no longer receive emails and your login and website will be disabled.

General Terms

You agree you are least 18 years old, and you also agree to comply with all applicable laws where you live.

You must have a valid email address, and you agree to update your profile, if your email address changes.

You agree to accept email updates regarding our program.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. If we have a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number in your email. You can use this number to check your package's status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to send you a replacement or issue a refund. The Supplement Grid or any of its employees, will not be responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages made or caused by USPS/UPS/FedEX shipping options but we will work diligently to attempt to solve any issues.

Refund Policy

At The Supplement Grid’s discretion, you may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund upon The Supplement Grid approval. Please contact customer support to discuss returns and refunds on opened items.

Opened items may be returned based on conditions discussed with customer support.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel at any time, by using the self-cancellation feature in the members area, or by requesting their account be cancelled, using our contact support form. If you cancel your membership with the self-cancellation feature, it becomes effective immediately. If you cancel via our support system, your cancellation will go into effect within 48 hours on business days, Mon-Fri.

Earnings Disclaimer

We make no claims of income or guarantee that you will make money using our website or services. This will depend largely on your own mindset coupled with your own actions.

Unauthorized Use Of Services

The following actions may result in the immediate termination of your membership without recourse and should NOT be done:

(a) sending unsolicited email messages (spam). If you participate in spam on behalf of ANY product or service, you are not eligible!

(b) soliciting members who are NOT your direct referrals for another one of your programs (cross recruiting). If you participate in cross recruiting on behalf of ANY product or service, you are not eligible!

(c) otherwise practice irresponsible marketing practices that may offend others and hurt our brand, and

(d) using bots with our websites

Prohibited Activities

Sites and individuals involved with the following activities are NOT ELIGIBLE: selling, providing or linking to unlicensed content, pornography, warez, pirated software, hacking or spamming software, bot software, email address lists or harvesting software, or any materials endorsing violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, gambling or criminal activity.

Termination

Members caught spamming, cross recruiting, or otherwise causing harm to our program or its users will have their accounts terminated and may be prosecuted for their actions.

We may terminate without notice, at our sole discretion, any membership deemed to be in breach of this agreement or otherwise found to be abusing or misusing the service, or harassing the other members or administrators in any way.

Revision Of Terms

We reserve the right to add or delete material within this site and otherwise make changes to the service and this agreement without notice.
